Tal and Lisa were awesome project managers! Martin and his crew were very nice and respectful. Our project scope: -a pool with a swim current machine from endless pools -artificial turf ~1200+sq ft -putting green ~600+ sq ft -patio cover -paving everywhere else -drip line and low voltage lighting Tal and Lisa's communication were top notch. There were many saturdays and sundays that they came over to check progress. I must have had around 500 text messages, and never did I have to wait for more than half a day for a reply. -the pool: their pool contractor team did a great job and we had a swim current machine installed, and a automatic pool cover. All work like a charm. Inspections passed with flying colors. -the patio cover: used alumawood type. Installed without any issues. -paving and turf: perfect and our kids and dogs love it. -putting green (I'm a scratch golfer): we definitely had bumps on the road, but every construction project has them. The putting green was the hardest to satisfy me, but after tweeks and many frustrating texts, Tal, Lisa and Martin came through and now I have a large putting green that runs to a stimp of 11. There were definitely frustrations with a project like this, but never did Tal and Lisa get defensive or argumentative. Instead of wasting time arguing, they spent the time getting things fixed. If you do a project like this, I can guarantee bumps on the road. I could have probably saved some money if I tried to find individual contractors for each part of the project. But I've done that before with other aspects of the house and when there's an issue, the contractors just start blaming each other and nothing gets done. So Tal and Lisa were the main reason I did not go insane, and would recommend them to anyone. Make sure to ask for them!
