Eric worked with us through the entire project, even helping us pick out the best material for our shower. We went with the contacts that he recommended for the custom vanity and shower doors and were happy with their work as well. Eric was responsive to any concerns we had and made himself readily available. We love our new walk-in shower!

We had a retaining wall put in. They were quick to respond and put together a proposal. We worked with Michael and he was super helpful and easy to work with, which was ultimately why we decided to go with this company. We went through the city for permits (and if anyone knows the process, it can be quite labor intensive) but ultimately SO glad we did. The scope of work was a lot and we are so happy with the end result.

David was amazing to work with and completely trust worthy. The workmanship was excellent and I was completely satisfied with both renovations. I am a very detailed oriented person and I would recommend Perfectly Built to anyone looking to upgrade their home. I plan to use David and HQ Construction team again next year to redo my family room. Thanks again for the great work.

I highly recommend this company if you’re looking into doing any kind of paving job. My backyard was in super rough shape for years and I had gotten quotes to redo it but every company I spoke to was either too expensive or were going to cut on the quality of the pavers used to fit my budget. When we had Michael come by from HQ remodeling we explained this to him and he gave me not only a better deal than all the other bids I had gotten, but he also agreed to use the higher quality more expensive pavers I had been wanting.
The team started the next morning after our initial agreement and were done in less than a week. They were neat and tidy and cleaned everything after each day of work, and as far as construction goes were also quiet and undisruptive.
This was my first major home improvement job and hearing horror stories from other people I was very nervous and inquisitive of everything they were doing. The team, and Micheal especially, were very patient and very responsive to every one of my messages and calls about my small worries. The owner also dropped by more than once to make sure we were happy and that everything was going as planned.
Most importantly, the project itself turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My yard has a power pole in it and is built on a slope but they made it look so good I barely recognize it as the space it was before.

We had to fire the old contractor we worked with ; they were so slow it took too long . Trying to get us to pay more .
They helped us remodel our bathroom and it took less time than expected .
In addition ; they were very reasonable financially. Solution oriented. Eli was very creative and follow up with us in the end.
Best thing was that he came to fix a few things for free !!!

We recently had our backyard redone by Amos (Adam) and his team. What was a dirt pit with no drainage and some random patches and concrete and paver work (the house was a flip so obviously not a lot of thought went into the yard), they turned it into a perfectly graded backyard with new, stylish Aqualina pavers and pet friendly turf for the dogs. They added drains to help with drainage as well and built us a new fence, too.
We’re super happy with the results and would definitely call them again with future work!
